I went from zero coding experience to lead engineer in four years -- largely by figuring out how to use AI tools before everyone else. Now I run Claude Camp, a weekly internal training program that teaches non-technical teams how to use AI for real work.
I also built JakeOS-- a personal AI operating system that manages my tasks, research, communications, and knowledge base through Claude Code and custom MCP servers. It's not a demo. I use it every day.
